The Junior Certificate
The Junior Certificate programme promotes new ways of learning and it demands that a broader range of skills are properly assessed by all schools. It also places a significant emphasis on the well-being of students.
The teaching and learning environment at Bunclody Community College is second to none and we are very well positioned to meet the expectations of the new Junior Cycle programme. We have always placed students at the heart of the learning process. The intimate teaching and learning environment that exists in our school, and the expertise of our teaching staff, have been bringing out the very best in our students for decades. Our broad curriculum, close knit student body, and range of supports for all students aims to uncover and nurture the interests and talents of all students in our care. In Bunclody Community College your child will have access to a varied curriculum that will develop their knowledge, understandings, skills, values and well-being.
