A School of Sanctuary Committee initiative "Wear Red Day - Give Racism the Red Card" took place on Friday last. Resource packs were distributed to all class groups and three of our international students made a presentation to 1st years. These presentations focused on their journey to Ireland and their experiences of racism. Parents were invited to the School of Sanctuary areas of our school and students enjoyed the competitions and face painting which took place at breaktimes. It is so important that we all stand up against racism so well done to everyone involved in this initiative.
